The Campaign collects and uses Users’ personal information for the following purposes:

  • To Run and Operate the Campaign: We use information to communicate about events, volunteer opportunities, and campaign news.

  • To Process Donations: We use the information Users provide about themselves when placing a donation only to complete that order and comply with legal requirements.

  • For Compliance and Disclosure: As a political campaign, we are required by law to disclose the name, mailing address, occupation, and employer of individuals who contribute to the Campaign above certain thresholds. This information is a matter of public record.

  • To Personalize User Experience: We may use information in the aggregate to understand how our Users as a group use the services and resources provided on our Site.

3. Protecting Your Information

We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information, and data stored on our Site.
